1. Who we are

Mimo & Paw | Pet Supplies is a brand operated by Beatriz Luqui Gandini, a company registered in Promissão, São Paulo, Brazil. Our products ship from warehouses in the United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We work to show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Lifestyle photos may include décor or props that are not part of the product; the product page lists exactly what's included.

4. Prices and orders

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed. We may cancel an order for a clear pricing error, a stock problem or suspected fraud. If that happens, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by PayPal, including card payments. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping times and returns follow our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

7. Our content

The text, images and design of this website belong to Mimo & Paw or its licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the US state where you live.
